Rates include GST but do not include use of telephone, fax, photocopying or drinks.

Terms and Conditions

All rates quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise    stated.

60% of tariff quoted is required in order to secure the booking. Bookings are regarded as unconfirmed until deposit is received.

Final accounts are mailed following completion of conference for balance owing plus extra's (drinks, phone calls etc.) and this is payable by EFT / cheque within 7 days.

Cancellations of bookings 30 days and over will result in a refund of 50% of your deposit.

Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit 100% of deposit as we will have turned other groups away, committed staff resources and in most cases find it difficult to resell those dates within 30 days notice.

Postponement of dates is considered same as cancellation.
