The historic Gairloch dining room provides a wonderful setting to enjoy the very best of what the Peninsula has to offer. The welcoming bluestone fireplace and exposed hand adzes’d wooden beams in the ceiling take care of the environment and our chefs take care of the rest.

For many delegates, the quality of the main evening meal is a real moment of truth and we take this very seriously. Our chef prepares a restaurant quality main fare selected from fresh seasonal produce and complimented by quality Peninsula wines.
